Use the Firefox browser with the add on "Download Helper". Download Helper allows you to download and save any youtube video in any definition.
Then use Format Factory to convert your videos to DVD format.

Another good one is
Audacity to record any audio from any source then export that in MP3 format. I also use Format Factory to convert my youtube music videos I've recorded to MP3.
