Gravity will take best picture. I’m going out on a limb to say the one upset will be Amy Adams for Best Actress.

Gravity will take best picture.

You really think the Slave movie won't get it?

Won’t watch it. I expect Ellen Degenerate to drown us with homosexual snide remarks and propaganda all throughout. Any woman who refuses to dress like a woman, and hates men enough to pretend she’s married to a woman, has no place in my house.

I don’t give a flying rat’s ass who wins, nor who or how many OSCAR winners approach the podium and insult America and all it stands for.

I hope the viewership drops a lot this eve.

Is Dustin Hoffman going to receive a lifetime achievement award tonight for Tootsie, Kramer vs. Kramer, and Ishtar?

Will the Hollywood Reds mourn the passing of Shirley Temple Black?

Will there be any Ted Cruz jokes told tonight? Too hip for the room? How about Sarah Palin jokes?

If you want to boycott the Oscars but still watch 2 hours of celebrity back patting, horrible music revues, and Ford car commercials, tune into youtube for the Rolling Stone Magazine 10th anniversary special from 1977!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSz07mB5GuI

What you can expect to see:

claymation Jimmy Carter

Magical Mystery Tour with jazz hands

All singing-all dancing Helter Skelter with dancing Jimi Hendrix and Patty Hearsts.

Rubber masked Nixon and Kissinger ‘singing’ Back In The USSR

A rubber masked Carter impersonator singing Mother Nature’s Son

The Teri Garr/Steve Martin ‘scholarly’ look at the 60s seems as true as ever

The Coasters sing a song with Heavy Metal-ish animation

Duet between Jerry Lee Lewis and Bette Midler

Lou Rawls for Budweiser

Sissy Spacek and Martin Sheen on the Viet Nam war

Two hours of my life I’ll never get back

Peter Graves for Natty Light

Keith Moon discusses trashing hotel rooms

A glam and glitter version of Life In The Fast Lane...

Pioneer high fidelity electronics (and Burgess Meridith) celebrate drum solos...

Capped off by a lengthy concert from Gladys Knight & The Pips, capped off with Art Garfunkel joining to sing A Bridge Over Troubled Water.

Gravity will take best picture.

Really? I watched it last night with hubby; and, it was a good movie; but, I don't think it was the "best" movie I have seen this year. Maybe I needed to have seen it on a big screen to be more awed by the special effects. Sandra Bullock was great, though.

I would strongly urge conservatives to boycott this indulgent self-congratulatory narcissist-fest. You know all it's going to be is conservative-bashing pro-homo agitprop, all ultimately going to salute a bunch of people who hate everything we stand for.

There's no reason to watch this pap. You'll hear about endlessly in the next few days anyway. So why give ratings to our enemies?

You are only giving ratings if you have a Nielson or Arbitron rating device. I agree with a lot of your sentiments, however, I posted this in the interest of the ping list, which I am one of the holders.

The subject of Gravity was so much better than the two other nominees I saw. They were about losers, greedy losers. I sure hope the Wolf of Wall Street nor American Hustle wins. American Hustle was at least an enjoyable plot, unlike the terrible Wolf.
