Definitely typical small town slimeball prosectuor tactics that exemplify exactly what is wrong with small town traffic court system in full display. Its a good thing the defendant was videoing and taping everything.
The Judge is culpable as well. Traffic court is a partnership between the city, the D.A. and the Judges. That is true EVERYWHERE. Why people are not mad i just don’t understand. These clerks, judges, cops, prosecutors are all paid with public funds approved by elected officials. ELECTED! That means somebody voted for this. Take away the public funds and you remove the power. Shutter the municipal court and lease the space for something useful. Like icecream stands or sandwich shops.
