Did the “nondisclose” order include the kid(s), or only the parents?

But even if it didn’t include the kid(s) , the parents should have told them to keep their mouths shut.

And, you can’t hold a minor to a legal contract. I seriously doubt she knew any better.

Why the hell do parents think they need to discuss everything with their kids. They are your kids for Christ sakes. They are not your friends, or little life partners.

I wish parents would be parents.

Doesn't matter. The nondisclosure order was violated the moment they TOLD the kid. It was their disclosure to the daughter that violated the order; her post on Facebook only served to alert the other side that they had violated it.
