The two met in Kiev with President Victor Yushchenko, making the case that an existing Cooperative Threat Reduction Program covering the destruction of nuclear weapons should be expanded to include artillery, small arms, anti-aircraft weapons, and conventional ammunition of all kinds.
After a stopover in London, the senators returned to Washington and declared that the U.S. should devote funds to speed up the destruction of more than 400,000 small arms, 1,000 anti-aircraft missiles, and more than 15,000 tons of ammunition.

now the Obama puppet master John Brennan and the self-proclaimed expert on US foreign policy, Juan McCain, will come up with a super duper secret plan to send billions of US taxpayer dollars to Ukrainian nationalists (and their Chechen allies, who need some target practice against Russians) to buy guns, ammo and AA missiles on the black market
We know where there is a stash hidden “somewhere”. Used in Libya, only dropped once

obama tested gun control in another country (and it was so easy too) before he tried to enforce it in the US.
