That’s right...its spring ahead...I lose an hour of sleep...Monday morning I will roll over look at the clock and moan and say, ..oh carp...I hate DST.

Radical suggestion: if you know you're going to lose an hour of sleep on Saturday night/Sunday morning, and an hour more or less makes that much difference to you, go to bed an hour earlier.
