Since the evidence is pointing to her being in front of the vehicle, the “she was driving at me, I had no choice” story looks questionable at best.
It would be nice to read a news report that actually makes sense. I HATE TV news journalism. By and large, drunk monkeys could produce a better more understandable report. And this article is par for the course.
That said - if in fact she was not in the vehicle when shot, forensic evidence could easily prove that. Was there blood in the car? Bullet fragments? Something busted out that windshield. Makes sense to me that she hit that cop and he shot her.
But reading lame-ass “reports” like this? We’ll never know.
