Hey, all.
I'm striking out sourcing one individual that testified before Congress on Obamacare before its passage. I recall that he was a Doctor or was in the Medical Insurance business and warned of all the negative impacts and cautioned many aspects of the act that have come to pass. I recall watching one video and thought I had bookmarked it; apparently I did not. I believe it might have been a Youtube video, but can't be sure (searched there, too). The guy wasn't reported widely in the press (go figure) and may be why I'm having difficulty doing this 'blind'.
Any help would be appreciated. My Boolean routine has thus far struck out after hundreds of returns.

To clarify, it was a 50-60ish gentleman.
I recall he was gray & wore glasses, but that may not be accurate.
Again, the timeframe for his testimony was both pre & post ACA passage, 2007 & 2009. I recall that in 2009 they called him back in regards to implementation. It was never widely reported as much of what he testified was that this would kill the insurance business.
