Our chimerical president still tells tales about Obamacare. The question is does anyone believe him anymore?

Anyone that thinks Obamacare will be better, baster, cheaper is living in a chimerical world.

Chimerical
2. Given to unrealistic fantasies; fanciful.

So many Republicans and conservatives cling to the Chimerical notion that voting still works.

Obamacare, wildly chimerical
Supporters becoming hysterical
“Don’t kill it, don’t nix it
Our genius can fix it”
Success will require a miracle

Now I’m confused. The article I read earlier about the albino chimera coast redwood tree both meets and denies the first definition. It IS highly improbable (only a few exist in the world), but WAS NOT created by highly fanciful imagination, unless you consider God’s imagination fanciful, which would mean everything is chimerical.
