The vast, vast majority of the time, a good leader does not “boss” people around
A real leader doesn't need to. People recognize that the job gets done better and faster if they do what the leader says, and so follow that leader.
Somebody who demands that people do what she says, BECAUSE she says so, and without any demonstration of competence to lead, is called "bossy".
