Oh please. Putin doesn’t care about little kids. He is perfectly willing to see them slaughtered to rebuild the USSR. Maybe so, maybe not. But the article didn't say Putin was behind this, but "Russian MP's". Maybe I missed the part about Putin as I did not click the link.
