Most children’s books about the arch “narrative” gets that wrong too. The word “narrative” is a postmodernist watchword.

One of the greatest disservices to the account of the global flood is the children’s representation of the ark as a bathtub shaped vessel sporting a house on top and a giraffe’s head sticking out, giving it the impression of size of about 40 ft long.
Then some atheist comes along and says something like “see, it would be impossible to get every species on one boat”.
