Lot of web sites on this fish. And most of the problems are eating problems.

My guess is this may be a holding tank, a quarantine tank. Maybe they had other fish, and this fish has become ill so they are isolating him in another to avoid infecting others. Most quarantines will not be nearly as big as they normally should be.
