I can’t find the word. Miserable weather here too. I jogged anyway and only got rained on for part of it. It felt more like sleet, not much fun. I had my knee taped up yesterday at PT and I really think it is helping me. Can’t tell if it’s psychological or physiological but it doesn’t hurt as much.
i’ve always felt better when being taped up. even if it’s a bit of both, it’s a good thing.
