I've always compared Beck to Howard Beale.

It simply won't be long before Glenn has his own breakdown on the air.

My question is WHY does Beck pray that Putin should die. And my answer is? Because Putin is anti-gay. And Beck swings with the homo crowd.

I can't speak for Glenn Beck, and I'm certainly not going to judge him. He's got a lot on his mind lately.

Today, he's not on the air but is instead flying to be with his father before our Father calls him home. Losing your Dad is hard to take and can affect your judgment and behavior.

Watching the world being set up for WWIII is also difficult.

Personally, if I had lived in Hitler's time and had read enough history to understand what Hitler was, was capable of and likely to do, then yes, I probably would have prayed to God to call him home, too.

The "love your enemies" thing is one of the most difficult parts of Christianity for me to understand and do, but I'm not sure that Beck isn't following this command with his Putin prayers.

According to everything I've read so far, it is infinitely better to be called home to Heaven (especially before you do incredible evil) to be with God, than it is to be here in this material world of temptation saturated as it is with our sin.
