“Last month the USPS lost a $100 Amazon order of auto parts (FedEx del. to local PO). When i called up past its arrival date, they placed me on hold for over an hour without answering, when i did get thru they said it went to a city nearby, but never got here. Got thru a few days later and they tracked it came to my city, not the one nearby, but do not know why it never got delivered. “
We know by recent experience. Try talking to CS for USPS and they actually placed us on hold for an hour. ONE HOUR. I cant believe we have the same experience. We had to file insurance using a form and based also on my friends Amazon (he’s a seller), it takes 4 months to get a claim decision back...at least.
I’ll tell you what though: Priority Mail is waaay damn cheaper than UPS and Fedex on 3 pounds or less packages. Without those, I don;t know of any Ebay or Amazon seller who would survive nowadays.
Mine was one of those super saver shipping (35 or over). The replacement came Prime. Thank God.
