According to VirusTotal, Web Inspector (comodo) and Trend Micro the link is safe.
I am no expert so I can only report what the scanners told me.
Yeah different scanners report different things. I think the site itself has gotten itself put on the bad list.
Tends to happen with sites which aren’t maintained well.
