INDIANAPOLIS - Police arrested a 19-year-old suspect Friday in connection with a January shooting that injured a 13-year-old girl.
On January 10, police say Willie Irving used a 9mm semi-automatic handgun to end a snowball fight that involved a younger sibling.
Investigators say he fired eight rounds into a house on the 2900 block of North New Jersey Street, striking the young victim in the head behind her right ear. Police say the 15-round magazine still contained seven unspent rounds.
