In general, people who want to live in Utopia want to live in a society where life is all fun and games.
You can build a good -- not perfect -- society, if you're willing to do real work. And of primary importance would be the ability to kick people out if they are not doing their share:
1) Your illegal immigrants would be a problem. You'd need to kick them out as criminals and (largely) moochers. We cannot seem to take this step, so no Utopia in out immediate future.
2) Your parasites subsisting on government charity would be a problem. You'd need to cut people off from EBT cards, free healthcare and subsidized housing. There is no evidence that we would ever try to do this. Again, no Utopia in out immediate future.
A Perfect society? It will never be possible. Human Nature will not allow it. Ever.
A Better society? We can imagine such a thing, but experience tells me we can't even start that journey.
