In a surprising domestic turn of events in the Crimean crisis, at least three brigades of the 29th Infantry Division of the Army National Guard took up positions on the outskirts of Washington today. Maneuvers included units of the divisions combat aviation brigade, which has seized Reagan National Airport (DCA) without firing a shot, although a spilled drink was reported at the Auntie Annes Pretzels in Terminal B when a TSA screener on his lunch break challenged the discount rate offered an army captain.
