Remember I said it should have been called “How I Boned Your Aunt Robin Off and On for a Decade”?

Turns out I was in tune with what the writers were laying down.

Definitely, if they knew where they were going to end up, they should have let it play out better at the end.

Good idea. Poor execution. Depressing finale. Spend a whole season building up to a wedding then destroy the marriage immediately?

And for Barney and Robin to be so in love that he gave up his skirt chasing ways, then to have them divorce because he didn’t like following her and her job. It was silly and sad. Also to have such a long series of Ted finally finding love, only to have her die. Still a better ending than Lost.
