I actually still have it. I kick myself for not taking better care of it and not restoring it. I drove it until it burned a valve somewhere well past 100,000 miles. I pulled both heads and gave them to my dad to rework sometime around 1980. He never got to it them and they’re both sitting in the back of his pickup underneath his shed. He passed away in ‘09. Marriage, babies, work, other interests took precedence. It and the times I had in it are mostly just fond memories now. :-)

I vote restoration just went on your ‘to do’ list (someday anyway). That’s a major piece of history in your life now. And your dad would probably have loved it if you brought it back. Even partially. (Dad’s are that way. And I’m so sorry for your dad’s passing Errant. I know its been a few years, but it’s never the same without him.)
