He is 91 years old. A lot of those laws were passed in the 70’s on up. A friend of mine had a collection of all sorts of old farm and ranching stuff. You would be amazed at the stuff people would give him to add to his collection.
I’d say he’s probably great-grandfathered in from any wrongdoing.
