About 100 people were arrested and at least 44 people were taken to the hospital during a weekend college party in Southern California that devolved into an out-of-control street brawl, authorities said.
The violence broke out in the densely populated beachside community of Isla Vista around 9:30 p.m. Saturday during the annual spring break party known as Deltopia, the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office said.
Sheriff’s spokeswoman Kelly Hoover said things escalated after a University of California, Santa Barbara police officer was hit in the face with a backpack filled with large bottles of alcohol.

Nearly 100 arrests? Proof positive the “revelers” were white. A mob of blacks beat a man almost to death in Deetroit, and only two teenagers were arrested. If I were an alien, dropped onto the Earth from another planet, I’d come to the immediate conclusion white people are expected to be better behaved, while black people are expected to be murderous thugs.
Black race hustlers claim there is a disparity in discipline between blacks and whites, and they’re correct.
Wow. This is my alma mater. IV was famous for a pretty wild halloween party, but back in the day was pretty much deserted during spring break.
At the time, they were still proud of an old 60s uprising that resulted in the burning of the Bank of America branch.
I guess now they have something else to be proud of.
I was an engineering student, so didn’t have time for such revelry.

Yes, white arrests. Asian arrests will even provoke the parents to call with apologies and thanks to the cops.
Did these kids merit arrest...?
Yes, but there is a clear pattern, here: 10,000 urban hooligans cracking skulls and looting stores provoke “CALLS FOR UNDERSTANDING”. And stern warnings to all “not to enflame an already delicate situation”.
The pattern is so clear that now they’re already openly calling for an end for justice in public skools meeted out to urban hooligan kids.
A buddy of mine went to UCSB in the 80s and we used to drive up there for the Halloween revelry. Best story I don’t remember was when I woke up on someone’s couch wearing nothing but a hospital gown and a hangover. Two chicks smiled and said goodbye as I stumbled out into the bright morning sunshine and headed back to FT Towers.
The organizers are blaming the violence on the tourists, the outsiders, you know — the illegal aliens.
