Four-time Iditarod champion Lance Mackey was arrested near Fairbanks on Saturday for violating conditions of release in a pending 2013 DUI case by driving without a valid license, the Alaska State Troopers said.

he violated the conditions of his release... he knew he was violating the conditions... if he is going to do that, why not be extra careful and not speed?

And illegal aliens are given legal drivers licences to drive drunk and kill Americans.
Not sure that would have worked. I know guys here who got DUIs on a bicycle, horse, and a mule, respectively. The bicycle I could sorta see, but the mule and the horse were, by all accounts sober and in control, and knew the way home.
