So ole Louie Gohmert of TX is getting in trouble with Holder (getting himself in trouble with Holder, or getting Hodler in trouble ?) with the DOJ’s refusal to support the iRS scandal investigation.
I knew him while at Texas A&M, but he was two classes senior to me and in a different outfit. Didn’t have much contact with him then.

all girls HS. Surely you heard the story of my going to the father-daughter breakfast with xsteen bc xshub was out of town and Chrissy was the speaker? I went up to him as he walked away from the gaggle of sycophant dads and said how I’d enjoyed hating him for many years, we had a nice chat it was prior to the 2004 election, he was supporting screaming dean at that point. And then there’s the time mild mannered xsteen brought in the catechism to refute his daughter’s claim that you can be prochoice and catholic.

Ok she graduated from Visitation in 2007, and this was freshman year early that fall of 2004. It’s one of my fave memories. I went with the express purpose of speaking to him. There was just one other mother (no dad in the family) and I. Her class had 112 and it’s not like everyone came but it was well attended. I needed him to know that not everyone in that room was in awe of him and that I had his #. He was taken aback but pleasant enough. I was seated with Xsteen,her best friend, and the best friend’s dad. And they are also conservative. We were probably the only four there. He was the featured guest speaker so I knew I’d have a chance.
I saw a replay of the exchange-Louie gave as good as he got and then some-I say he won that round...
