He’s a Russian patriot, that much I stated a long time ago.
After the spy scandal, people were outraged that he was celebrating with the discovered spies, but I mentioned that he’s not a nice guy, but he’s a devout Russian patriot.
I do think he’s determined to revive the Tsarist empire, with himself leading it as Czar.
