That’s what always got me about card counting in blackjack. I don’t see that as cheating.

That’s the only game I play, because I can generally come out ahead... thanks to keeping track of whether the deck is heavy or light at any given time.

Exactly. So what did they do? Added more decks. Fine, but do not arrest people for figgering out how to benefit. That is a main driving force for people coming back—to beat the system.

It’s not considered cheating. But since card counters aren’t a “protected class” under federal law, the casinos can ban them from their premises.
