People who “feel” that they are a sex other than their dna determines should be helped to heal their erroneous thinking rather than damaged by severing of body parts and doses of hormones.
You took the words right off of my keyboard. This is a serious psychiatric issue and allowing these people to mutilate their bodies is not helping them. I am in the car so I can’t post a link but I’m pretty sure there have been some studies/case reports that how the rate of Suisse among these people post-operatively is quite high.
I work with several trangendered people. One is a woman with two children who just changed her identity to that of a male in February. I’ve known her for ten years & this has been one of the most shocking & disturbing things I’ve witnessed personally. I pray for her. She’s got to suffering mentally and living life as a man is not te solution. She left her husband and her two going daughters now have to refer to her as another dad. Incredibly sad.
