that is funny bc xshub has been talking the past few days about selling the house and moving to a condo in Falls Church city and living amongst the Earthwatchers there and walking to restaurants and to St James. not in a million years is that going to happen, but he’s fed up with stuff that needs fixed etc.

I have my husband in "update" mode - we did some landscaping and are going to replace the patio cover with pergola. We have some painting to do (which I usually do myself) but he is actually interested these days so I have to jump at the chance while he wants to do it! lol

But I'm with xshub - I would love to live in a city center like that and just walk down to have a drink or dinner
