Yeah, we hope all is well with him, too. He really sounds “off.”
Today was a busy day, and it just wasn’t convenient to try something special with the pork butt. We had to go over to Mobile, an hour away, to see his Mom, and it put us at a late start on the grill. Maybe next time when time’s not so tight.
