I saw that, wish they would have elaborated more. I’m still not clear how the BLM was able to do this and why this is a federal and not a state issue. We have had the same issue here in Iowa with Missouri and Nebraska and at no point were the feds involved in it.

they came out and inspected the land and said it was all here, surveyed it, and forced me to buy a title policy.

The word "title" is defined is defined in my Webster's Dictionary as ... "7. Law ... c) a right to ownership esp of real estate d) evidence of such right of ownership e) a document stating such a right; deed

There's no way in Hell that Obama's sleezeball politicians, lawyers included, can seize this land without BIG TIME PAYING FOR IT.
