Why is the name of Deputy hound hitter is not in the article? I’ve tried to find it in other stories of this incident but the puppy punchers names is always suspiciously absent.

Seems like a lot of macho *ssholes in uniform, who have never fired a weapon in defense and never will, like to get their nuts off shooting defenseless dogs.
