Do you let your pet sleep in your bed with you?

Let?

I've got cats. There is no "let."

My best cat ever, Jean-Marie (zhon-muhri), was banned from the bed when he hissed at Mrs. Sivana when she was trying to make the bed in the morning.

We closed the bedroom door at night. After we had fallen asleep, he managed to get the door open, and KNEW ENOUGH TO PUSH IT SHUT AGAIN BEHIND HIM.

He quietly slept by our feet, and it took weeks to figure out how he was making his way in. Great cat!

Indeed. Cats decide this stuff for themselves.

Our bedroom has a door on it. In fact Bob the cat insists on sleeping in the basement with his cat box with that door closed. He likes to cuddle occasionally but is totally not interested in sleeping with anyone. Dogs have two barriers between them and us.

That is just too funny. My grandson rescued a kitty that was taken away from her mother long before she was weaned. Been five years now but she still jumps up on the bed, grabs a corner of the blanket in her mouth and then starts the same back and forth front paw activity as if she were nursing. She can keep it up for what seems like hours until it drives me crazy and off the bed she must go.

Our Chihuahua Coco sleeps under the covers next to Mr. GG2. We hardly know she’s there except for the little dog snore. :-)

Boy is THAT the truth! Beaux rarely sleeps on the bed but Stella ONLY does in the winter. The rest of the year we are pretty much allowed to sleep without them.
