Allstate is offering up to $335,000 to hire 67 new agents ($5,000 for each of the 67 new agents) in Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and Iowa. This was announced by Gary Chitwood, Allstate's West Central Region's Strategic Deployment Leader and was published in The Business Journal in the form of press release for each state. The source URL above will take you to the page containing all of the press releases. You would be amazed at how many thousands of businesses offer FREE cash referral fee programs to generate new business. Some report as much as 60 of their business comes from referrals because they do work. The biggest referral fee out there right now is a $1 million finders fee to find a buyer for several hundred acres of land in Texas planned for commercial development.

I suggest talking to an All state agent prior to accepting this “opportunity”.
They recruit too many agents for a given population.
