Case in point, Brazil’s acaraje: black-eyed peas formed into a ball, deep-fried in palm oil, and then stuffed with vatapa and caruru (spicy pastes made from dried shrimp, ground cashews … and more palm oil).

There is nothing in this that I can't have on my low carb diet.

The only ones that look good to me or that I would eat are the eggs and bread from Georgia or those potatoes from France. Those look good! Will have to make me some Lol
