To: Salamander

Very interesting. I suffer from hypothyroidism, but it’s treated with medication.

What could I take with coconut in it? Would it have to be specific supplements? Would the coconut water suffice?

Coconut water, though delicious, has none of the fat.

Lots of FReepers have offered suggestions and my favorite is the smoothie approach for the oil.

I just use the capsules ‘cuz I’m lazy.

cook with it. Use it instead of oil, butter for baking. Mix it with butter for toast, etc. I don’t think you have to eat large spoonfuls to take advantage of it’s benefits.

I’ve used it for about a year now. To me, it has no taste or smell.
