Saw this story somewhere recently.Life is tenuous...even for the young.My sister lost her 18 year old daughter to a drunk driver 4 days before Christmas.Twenty five years later and she's not even *close* to being “over it”.But these parents not knowing for decades...that had to be even more difficult.

It’s like losing a limb. You continue on with life, but there is an impact that is always there.
Truth be told, I suspect pretty much every adult has to live with things like this in varying degrees. It’s part of being human.
And accepting Christ really DOES remove burdens. Even this kind. I know from personal experience.

Similar to a case in this area where a woman was missing after a party and many suspected bf of killing her. NO evidence. Her vehicle and body were found in a marsh some years later during a dry spell. She had gone straight ahead on a curve.
