Laws in New York and Chicago making electronic cigarettes subject to the same regulations as tobacco are taking effect, and their sellers and users are steadfast in their opposition.
The New York banalong with the measure in Chicago, one that previously went into effect in Los Angeles and federal regulations proposed last weekare keeping debate smoldering among public health officials, the e-cigarette industry and users.

Same response from 3 of my docs this past week.
I started smoking at the age of 12 and have vigorously pursued the habit for 50 years.
Started the e-cig 38 days ago and have no desire to ever smoke cigarettes again. Time will tell.
The move to ban or tax e-cigs is all about lost revenue for the state and not their concern about our safety/health.
I musta missed that particular ariticle in that there ‘CONSTITUTION THINGY’ we’re supposed to have.

I quit smoking with them 1 year and 4 months ago. Only thing that worked for me too. I have switched to the refillable tanks and love them. I decided that if anyone anywhere ever says anything to me about it I will say it’s hash oil. lol That should put their panties in a wad.
