An off duty officer is at home and it's his 6 year old's daughter's birthday. He has a surprise present for her but it is at a neighbor's because he was worried that she would find the gift too soon. He leaves the house unarmed, and gets the gift. On the way back a subject confronts him. The subject is armed with a pistol and said he recognizes the officer who arrested him and sent him to prison and he's going to kill him. The officer is unarmed but he wrestles with the subject, and with both of their hands on the gun, he manages to turn the gun to the suspect and fires, killing the suspect.
Regarding the suspect: you really could care less, because: Live by the sword, die by the sword.
Also in keeping with your beliefs: "The cops are government sponsored organized crime. They murder unarmed people."
In this scenario would the cop be wrong to fight for his life? Does he not have the right to return to his wife and young daughter?
“In this scenario would the cop be wrong to fight for his life?”
No... Everybody has a right to self defense. Even disciple- low-life-cop-murderers...
