APRIL 29--A 72-year-old Ohio man called 911 to report that his teenage grandson was a layabout who refused to do household chores and spent his day playing on his computer, according to a police report.

Edward Friel told Lorain County Sheriff’s Office deputies that he has custody of his 17-year-old grandson Justin, whom he said was “lazy and does nothing around the house.”

The elder Friel summoned police to his South Amherst home Saturday morning after asking Justin to “do some work around the house.” When the teen “continued to play on the computer,” Friel “cut the internet cable cord since he was not listening to him,” investigators reported.

The teenager (seen at right) became incensed and punched a hole in a kitchen wall before leaving the home and walking into nearby woods. “Mr. Friel stated Justin did not threaten him but is tired of him being lazy.”

This seems appropriate.

It portends to future thefts of taxpayer dollars. Millions should be arrested today for laziness, aka stealing EBT/foodstamps/disability/ and on and on. and on...

From the picture, he looks like a long hair, dope smoking, FM type. He’s 17, old enough to sign up for the United States Marine Corps. Sign him up gramps. Check into the 0311 option, I had plenty of these types in my platoon. They usually shape up and he’ll thank you for it later...

One other thing, I’m so glad I grew up in an era with 4 TV channels, no internet and the start video games wasn’t until I was a teenager and you had to go to the mall to play them. I fear I very well could have been one of these lazy ba$#@$% who sit around all day playing video games surfing the internet.

Or could have designed video games. When I was 14 I inventoried my family’s business on a C64.

Grandpa had better be careful. His grandson might be a good-for-nothing lazy bum, but I’ll bet that the dog is nice and doesn’t deserve to die.

Grandpa also might want to be careful that the grandson doesn’t try to poison his food....like that other little darling I heard about a couple days ago. Tried to poison her grandma after she took away her cell phone by dumping pesticide in a pot of collard greens.

I’m sorry...but at that point, all bets should be off. The little feral perps need to be taken out and beaten to within an inch of their lives. If no change in behavior, execute them. They’ll be good for nothing in any future society.
