Psych/Sociopaths need to be zapped in the temporal lobes while in the office supply room or meat locker or men’s bathroom. Everybody knows who they are. You can’t fire them. HR won’t touch them. So their brains need to be scrambled.

I watched “Frances” with Jessica Lange recently and that long pin through the eye to scramble her brain would take too long in a setting you describe I think. LOL
