What are any disciplinary actions in the past taken against or alleged against this driver, who happens to be responsible for the safety of those kids in that bus, till they get to their destination...
But again, I have to be a full fledged racist hateful person against the black population in this country and around the world for even broaching the subject...

Obviously, it's much better for the driver to wade into a fight with feral youths and risk injury and possible incapacitation, potentially putting everyone else on the bus at risk from the same youths. Unless you advocate bus drivers being able to carry while working, your anger is misplaced.
