Lol. Chief Bill sure did know how. Let those spoiled brats children under aged people have to call mommy and daddy to bail them out of the pokey. They won't let that happen again. Very embarrassing to have to call mommy and daddy.
Of course, those brats spoiled babies under aged people probably LEARNED what they knew about booze from mommy and daddy's liquor cabinet in the den/living room.
