COUPLE yrs ago saw a van ...nearly hit me...then swerved int in coming and nearly hit someone else...then swerved across all lanes...and through a red....I called in....”dont do that much”.....went like this””im behind a guy think hes very drunk””swerving all over””what is the location sir”?”ahhh 4th st and just crossed 4th ave”...going east...we are sending officers””at this point the car stops at a light...I pull up beside while on the phone””oh its not a drunk guy...its a muslim girl!”I laugh””oh ok thank you sir””click”.
