Quinn and Rose are off the air, (temporarily, I hope!) Gone, but DEFINITELY not forgotten! Well...we made it thru Cinco de Mayo...let’s see, as Dr Sheldon Cooper would say, “what fresh level of hell” today shall bring?
Had quite a startle yesterday...HS son texted me “hey, we just got evacuated!” (Dirty air duct/cleaner/purifier). Heart goes out to the school adms and all the first reponders. Thank The Lord it was “nothing.”
Did any of Yinz see the EQ warning, given by USGS!!!, for Oklahoma??? The swarms there have up ticked in frequency and slight variations in magnitude. This is along the Humbolt Faultline which starts up in NEbraska thru E OK. Trouble is...bldgs there not up to EQ bldg codes...so even a 5.something could wreak havoc and much destruction.
When I got home Tuesday morning I noticed an electrical smell. Turns out we must have had a surge. Some Comcast and other small equipment burned. Nothing serious but Comcast has to come and replace their phone/modem/cable things. Since someone has to be home the only time is Friday so I might not be posting much of a couple of days.
Yup there is an unusual quake warning for OK! Just what BO needs to distract the sheeple!
Of course there is that GLOBULL WARMING the lame stream media was shouting about Tuesday!
