did you ever ask yourself why OUR public officials seeking OUR input would have it in a place that THEY control even though the citizens pay every stinking dime for it....
what the govt entities do is PRETEND to have open meetings...they then set a strict narrow agenda of approved ideas and if you wonder off the rez....whammo....you're a trouble maker...
Technical ... perhaps, but that is the current state of the law.
