I don’t have my head around the concept??? Penn State gets to see, and presumably recruit, HS athletes at GSU’s camp. GSU gets - what??? Does the presence of the PSU coach attract talent that PSU won’t want but GSU does? If so, how/why??

PSU’s presence there will attract athletes that GSU wouldn’t normally attract. PSU gets to evaluate the top tier, GSU gets exposure and the table scraps.
