Your Panda is somewhat of a taxonomical mystery, hanging out somewhere at the junction of bear, raccoon, and coatimundi, so those CHICOMs must be working late in the gene lab to splice the color thing into the dog thing. Coming to a Pets-R-Us near you, soon.

Of course, these CHICOMs are the same wonderful folks who brought us the "monkey-Man" hybrid farm worker or Wal-Mart clerk(according to my complete tabloid liberry), so I suppose it's possible.
