not enough people are willing to stand in front of a tank over this issue.

I think you are on to something, the real issue, it doesn’t appear we have to stand in front of the tank.......yet, so we are less likely to put the issue to the test.

Once again a radical judge strikes down the WILL OF THE PEOPLE. Will this BS ever end? What is the sense in having elections if some SOB can come along and say they mean nothing. Lord God, I am sick and tired of this BS.

Idaho HJR 2 (2006)

Result Votes Percentage
Yes 282,386 63.35%
No 163,384 36.65%

As long as Anthony Kennedy serves on the Supreme Court sane Americans can never be on the offensive. He will be the worthless anti-God POS that says anyone can get “married” in the United States. It’s coming just as sure as the sun is coming up tomorrow morning.

If this form of “marriage” is acceptable, then every form is. Marriage between parties of 5 or 6. Marriage between a partner who is already married and someone who is not. Marriage between fathers and sons to avoid estate taxes. There’s no legitimate reason to deny a marriage at this point if “equal protection” means whatever the heck anyone wants.

You can’t argue that there is any thing special about gay “marriage.” There isn’t. At all.

It sure might pose an interesting dilemma when a woman marriaged to a man decides to marry five or 6 other people. Does that then dispose them to half of what she owns—meaning her husband’s estate?

The whole notion is preposterous.
